• future educational programs;
• software applications; and
• related digital products, content, and services.
These Products and Services are primarily delivered electronically.
The Products and Services are operated by JWFPRODUCTIONS.
JWFPRODUCTIONS is a registered business name operated by Jonathan Ferrier, a sole trader, ABN 59 272 481 476.
JWFPRODUCTIONS operates the Products and Services with the permission and authority of Jonathan Ferrier, the creator and copyright owner of POLYMATH PRODUCER®.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:
• you are purchasing the specific Product, Service, subscription, membership, software access, program, or digital content described at checkout;
• digital access may be provided immediately or within the delivery period stated at checkout;
• purchasing one Product or Service does not automatically include another Product or Service unless expressly stated;
• optional upgrades, order bumps, upsells, subscriptions, and additional Products or Services may constitute separate purchases; and
• each separate purchase may have its own price, billing arrangement, refund guarantee, and eligibility period.
Except where a voluntary refund guarantee is expressly stated at checkout, in this Refund Policy, or on the applicable sales page, purchases are non-refundable for change of mind after digital access has been provided, subject always to any rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Voluntary Money-Back Guarantees
Certain POLYMATH PRODUCER® Products and Services may be backed by a voluntary money-back guarantee.
The applicable guarantee period will be stated:
• on the relevant sales page;
• during checkout;
• in the order form;
• in the purchase confirmation; or
• in another written offer associated with the purchase.
Depending upon the Product or Service, the guarantee may include:
• a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee;
• a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee; or
• another expressly stated guarantee period.
A refund guarantee applies only to the specific Product or Service for which that guarantee was expressly offered.
The existence of a refund guarantee for one Product or Service does not automatically create the same guarantee for:
• another Product or Service;
• an optional upgrade;
• an order bump;
• an upsell;
• a membership;
• a subscription;
• a renewal payment;
• coaching;
• software access; or
• a future purchase.
Where there is an inconsistency between a general statement in this Refund Policy and the specific refund guarantee clearly presented during checkout, the specific checkout guarantee will apply to that purchase, subject to applicable law.
The guarantee period begins on the original purchase date unless expressly stated otherwise.
A refund request must be submitted before the applicable guarantee period expires.
3. Polymath Producer Book — 30-Day Guarantee
Where the Polymath Producer Book and its included bonuses are expressly advertised with a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, you may request a refund within thirty days of the original purchase date.
You may request a refund for any reason during the applicable 30-day period.
Where the relevant offer expressly states that you may retain the downloaded book and included bonuses following a refund, you may retain those materials solely for your own private, personal, non-transferable, and non-commercial use.
Permission to retain those materials after a refund:
• does not transfer ownership or copyright;
• does not permit redistribution;
• does not permit resale;
• does not permit public sharing;
• does not permit uploading the materials to another platform;
• does not permit using the materials to create a competing or substitute product;
• does not permit artificial intelligence training, model fine-tuning, retrieval-database creation, vector-database creation, or systematic extraction; and
• remains subject to the intellectual-property restrictions contained in the POLYMATH PRODUCER® Terms & Conditions.
Any continuing online account, community, software, membership, subscription, or hosted-platform access associated with the refunded purchase may be terminated unless the relevant offer expressly states otherwise.
After thirty days have elapsed from the original purchase date, the voluntary 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee expires.
This does not affect any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection legislation.
4. Accelerator and Studio App — 7-Day Guarantee
Where the Polymath Producer Accelerator, Studio App, or an associated one-time upgrade is expressly advertised with a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee, you may request a refund within seven days of the original purchase date.
The guarantee applies only to the specific Accelerator, Studio App, or upgrade purchase identified in the applicable offer.
After seven days have elapsed from the original purchase date, the voluntary 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee expires.
Unless the relevant offer expressly states otherwise, an approved refund may result in:
• termination of access to the Accelerator;
• termination of access to the Studio App;
• termination of associated account functionality;
• removal from associated communities;
• termination of access to included bonuses or training; and
• deactivation of licences or usage permissions associated with the refunded purchase.
Following a refund, you must stop using and delete any downloaded materials associated with the refunded Product or Service unless the relevant offer expressly permits you to retain them or applicable law provides otherwise.
This section does not affect any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection legislation.
5. Other One-Time Digital Purchases
Other one-time digital Products or Services may include:
• educational programs;
• courses;
• templates;
• workbooks;
• downloads;
• song-analysis products;
• recorded training;
• software licences;
• standalone AI tools;
• communities;
• bundles;
• order bumps;
• upgrades; and
• other digital resources.
These purchases are eligible for a voluntary refund only where a refund guarantee is expressly stated at the time of purchase.
Where no voluntary refund guarantee is stated, we are not required to provide a refund solely because:
• you changed your mind;
• you no longer want or need the Product or Service;
• you did not use the Product or Service;
• you did not complete the program;
• you did not achieve a desired result;
• you found a different product or service;
• you expected a feature or inclusion that was not stated at checkout;
• the Product or Service was not compatible with your personal preferences; or
• you failed to review the product description, technical requirements, or checkout terms before purchasing.
This does not limit any remedy available where a Product or Service fails to comply with a consumer guarantee or another non-excludable legal obligation.
6. Memberships, Subscriptions and Recurring Payments
Certain Products and Services, including memberships, software access, AI Coach access, Studio App functionality, communities, or educational services, may be offered through recurring subscriptions.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorise the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method at the billing interval disclosed during checkout until the subscription is cancelled.
Cancelling a Subscription
You may cancel a subscription at any time through the available account settings or by contacting:
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges.
Unless otherwise stated:
• cancellation does not automatically refund a payment already processed;
• cancellation does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the current billing period;
• you will ordinarily retain access until the end of the current paid billing period; and
• access may cease at the end of that billing period.
You are responsible for cancelling before the next scheduled renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next billing period.
We recommend submitting cancellation requests sufficiently before the renewal date to allow the request to be received and processed.
Subscription Guarantees
A subscription payment is eligible for a voluntary refund only where:
• the applicable checkout expressly states that the subscription includes a refund guarantee;
• the request is received within the stated guarantee period;
• a refund is otherwise expressly authorised by JWFPRODUCTIONS; or
• a refund is required by applicable law.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a voluntary guarantee applying to the initial subscription purchase does not automatically apply to later renewal payments.
Failed or Incorrect Cancellation
If you reasonably believe that:
• you cancelled before the renewal deadline;
• a cancellation was not properly processed;
• you were charged after receiving confirmation of cancellation;
• you were charged an incorrect amount; or
• you were charged more than once,
contact us promptly so that we can investigate the transaction.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have concerning an unauthorised, duplicate, fraudulent, misleading, or incorrectly processed payment.
7. Coaching, Live Programs and Scheduled Services
Coaching, consulting-style educational sessions, live programs, workshops, group sessions, or other scheduled services may involve reserved time, limited enrolment, preparation, or capacity.
Any service-specific cancellation, rescheduling, attendance, or refund terms will be disclosed during checkout, in the applicable offer, or in a separate agreement.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, failure to attend a scheduled session does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
Where JWFPRODUCTIONS cancels a paid scheduled service and does not provide a reasonable replacement, rescheduling option, credit, or substantially equivalent service, an appropriate remedy will be provided in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under an applicable guarantee, contact:
Email: [email protected]
Your request should include sufficient information for us to locate and verify the purchase, such as:
• your full name;
• the email address used to purchase;
• the Product or Service purchased;
• the purchase date;
• the order number or transaction identifier, where available; and
• a brief description of the request.
Where an offer is promoted as a “no questions asked” guarantee, you are not required to justify your dissatisfaction in order to request a refund within the applicable guarantee period.
We may still request reasonable information necessary to:
• verify your identity;
• locate the transaction;
• confirm eligibility;
• prevent fraud or duplicate claims;
• determine which Product or Service is affected; or
• comply with payment-provider or legal requirements.
A request is not invalid merely because you are unable to provide an order number, provided we can reasonably verify the purchase using other information.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method used for the purchase.
Payments may be processed through third-party providers, including Stripe and PayPal.
Where the original payment method is unavailable, expired, closed, or technically incapable of receiving the refund, we may request additional information or agree upon another lawful refund method.
Once we submit an approved refund to the payment provider:
• processing times may depend upon Stripe, PayPal, your bank, your card provider, or another financial institution;
• the time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary;
• currency-conversion rates may differ from those applying on the original purchase date; and
• financial institutions may apply their own processing procedures or fees.
Except where required by law, JWFPRODUCTIONS is not responsible for exchange-rate differences, foreign-transaction fees, or delays caused solely by a payment provider or financial institution.
A refund applies only to the eligible transaction identified in the approved request.
Separate purchases, upgrades, subscriptions, renewals, order bumps, or other transactions will remain unaffected unless they are separately eligible and expressly included in the refund decision.
10. Effect of a Refund
Unless the relevant offer expressly states otherwise, receiving a refund ends your licence and right to access or use the refunded Product or Service.
Following a refund, JWFPRODUCTIONS may:
• terminate product access;
• deactivate software access;
• terminate AI Coach or Studio App access;
• cancel associated memberships or subscriptions;
• remove access to communities;
• revoke access to bonuses;
• disable account functionality connected to the refunded purchase; and
• require deletion of downloaded materials.
The special retention permission expressly offered with certain Polymath Producer Book purchases is governed by Section 3 of this Refund Policy.
A refund does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property and does not remove the restrictions contained in the POLYMATH PRODUCER® Terms & Conditions.
11. Refund Abuse, Fraud and Misuse
Voluntary refund guarantees are provided in good faith.
They do not authorise:
• fraudulent refund requests;
• duplicate refund requests;
• the use of false identities or payment information;
• repeated purchases and refunds intended to obtain products without payment;
• chargeback abuse;
• copying or redistributing paid content before requesting a refund;
• scraping or systematically extracting protected material;
• sharing login credentials;
• unauthorised use of software;
• intellectual-property infringement;
• use of Products or Services to create competing or substitute products; or
• other dishonest, unlawful, or abusive conduct.
Where we reasonably believe that a voluntary refund guarantee is being fraudulently or abusively used, we may:
• investigate the request;
• request additional verification;
• suspend access while the matter is investigated;
• refuse a voluntary change-of-mind refund where permitted by law;
• terminate accounts;
• restrict future purchases;
• provide relevant evidence to a payment provider; and
• exercise any other legal rights or remedies available.
Nothing in this section permits us to refuse a remedy that must be provided under applicable consumer-protection legislation.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe there has been an error with your purchase, subscription, cancellation, or refund, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Contacting us first provides an opportunity to investigate and resolve matters including:
• duplicate payments;
• unauthorised payments;
• incorrect amounts;
• failed cancellations;
• access problems;
• refund delays; and
• billing errors.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, we reserve the right, where permitted by law and having regard to the circumstances, to:
• suspend or terminate access to the disputed Products or Services;
• suspend or terminate the associated account;
• cancel associated memberships or subscriptions;
• restrict or deny future purchases;
• provide relevant purchase records, transaction information, account activity, login information, communications, delivery records, and records of acceptance of our Terms & Conditions to the applicable payment provider;
• recover amounts improperly reversed; and
• pursue other legal rights or remedies available.
Nothing in this section limits your right to dispute a genuinely unauthorised, fraudulent, duplicate, misleading, or incorrectly processed transaction.
13. Unauthorised Sharing, Copying and Misuse
All books, programs, videos, audio recordings, educational materials, software, AI Coach functionality, Studio App functionality, prompts, templates, checklists, PDFs, graphics, branding, written content, course materials, lessons, databases, knowledge bases, and other POLYMATH PRODUCER® materials are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual-property laws.
Your purchase grants only the limited licence described in the POLYMATH PRODUCER® Terms & Conditions.
Unless expressly authorised in writing, you may not:
• reproduce;
• copy;
• republish;
• distribute;
• resell;
• sublicense;
• publicly display;
• publicly perform;
• upload;
• share;
• scrape;
• systematically extract;
• reverse engineer;
• decompile;
• commercially exploit;
• create a derivative or substitute product from; or
• provide another person with access to any protected Product or Service.
You may not use POLYMATH PRODUCER® materials to:
• train or fine-tune an artificial intelligence model;
• create a machine-learning dataset;
• create a retrieval database;
• create a vector or embedding database;
• reconstruct the Polymath Producer Book or programs;
• replicate the AI Coach or Studio App;
• create automated substitute content; or
• develop a competing Product or Service without prior written permission.
A violation may result in:
• suspension or termination of access;
• removal from communities;
• deactivation of software or account access;
• denial of future purchases;
• refusal of a voluntary refund where permitted by law;
• legal action where reasonably necessary; and
• enforcement of available intellectual-property rights and remedies.
14. Physical Products, Where Offered
Where a physical book or another physical Product is offered, any specific shipping, return, exchange, or voluntary change-of-mind policy will be stated on the applicable sales page or during checkout.
Before returning a physical Product, contact:
Nothing in this section limits any right to a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation, or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded where a physical Product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, unsafe, or otherwise fails to comply with applicable consumer guarantees.
15. Consumer Guarantees and Non-Excludable Rights
The voluntary guarantees described in this Refund Policy are provided in addition to any rights and remedies available under applicable law.
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified, including under the Australian Consumer Law contained in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
Depending upon the applicable law and circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, re-supply, refund, cancellation, compensation, or another remedy where a Product or Service fails to comply with a legally required consumer guarantee.
The expiry of a voluntary 7-day, 30-day, or other money-back guarantee does not extinguish a consumer right or remedy that continues to apply under applicable law.
Nothing in this Refund Policy requires us to provide a change-of-mind refund where:
• no voluntary change-of-mind guarantee was offered;
• the applicable guarantee period has expired; and
• no refund or other remedy is required by law.
16. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
Changes that are administrative, corrective, or required by law may take effect when published.
A material change will not retrospectively reduce or remove a refund guarantee expressly provided with a purchase already completed, unless required by law or expressly agreed by you.
The refund terms presented at the time of purchase will continue to apply to that purchase, subject to any rights or obligations imposed by applicable law.
17. Contact Information

Terms and Conditions — Mastering Services - mastering.polymathproducer.com
1. What Is Included
The purchase includes professional mastering of one track based on the final mix file supplied by the client.
The service includes:
•One initial master
•Up to two rounds of revisions
•The alternative versions specifically listed on the checkout page, where applicable
•The client is responsible for supplying a finished, correctly exported mix that is ready for mastering.
2. Revisions
The mastering service includes up to two revision rounds.
A revision round means one consolidated set of reasonable adjustment requests submitted by the client after reviewing the most recently delivered master.
Revision requests must relate to the mastering of the original mix supplied. Examples may include reasonable adjustments to overall level, tonal balance, dynamics, spacing or fades.
Requests submitted across separate emails or messages may be treated as separate revision rounds. Clients should therefore provide all revision notes together in one clear message.
After the two included revision rounds have been used, additional revision rounds will be charged at $50 per round. Payment must be received before any additional revision work begins.
3. New or Updated Mix Files
The included revisions apply to the original mix file submitted for mastering.
Uploading a new mix, changing the arrangement, replacing vocals or instruments, altering the production, or making significant mix changes after mastering has begun may require the track to be mastered again.
At our discretion, this may be treated as:
•An additional $50 revision round; or
•A new mastering project requiring a separate fee
The client will be notified of any additional charge before further work begins.
4. Completion of the Mastering Service
The mastering service is considered completed once the initial professionally mastered file has been delivered to the client.
The two included revision rounds remain available after delivery, but they do not extend or restart the refund period.
A client’s personal preference, change of mind, decision not to release the song, or decision not to use the delivered master does not mean the service has not been completed.
Refund Policy — Mastering Services - mastering.polymathproducer.com
Change-of-Mind Refunds
Because mastering is a customised creative service performed specifically for the client’s music, change-of-mind refunds are not available once the initial master has been completed and delivered.
Once the initial master has been delivered:
•The mastering portion of the purchase is non-refundable
•The client may use the two included revision rounds
•Additional revisions are charged at $50 per round
•Disliking the artistic result, changing creative direction or deciding not to release the track does not automatically create a right to a refund
Cancellations Before Completion
Where a cancellation request is received before the initial master has been completed, any refund will be assessed based on the amount of work already performed.
We may deduct a reasonable amount covering work already completed, administration, payment-processing costs and any non-recoverable expenses.
No refund will be provided for work that has already been completed and supplied.
Consumer-Law Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the service has a major failure, the client may be entitled to cancel the service contract and receive a refund for the unused portion or compensation for its reduced value.
