1. General This business, operating as Polymath Producer, provides a variety of digital resources, including but not limited to, web-based software, mobile-accessible applications, educational programs, online courses, and published books (collectively, the “Services”). These are owned and operated by JWFPRODUCTIONS d/b/a Polymath Producer (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our Services, purchasing any products, or providing your contact information, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms presented at checkout. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Communication & Consent By providing your email address and/or mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive communications from Polymath Producer. This includes marketing emails, newsletters, and automated SMS/MMS messages. You understand that message and data rates may apply and that you may receive messages at the frequency specified at the point of sign-up. You may opt-out of email communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email, and you may opt-out of SMS communications by replying "STOP" to any message.

3. Software License & Usage

3.1 Limited License: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our software, educational content, and books for personal, non-commercial purposes.

App is included in the $67 program purchase of Polymath Producer Accelerator WITHOUT the AI COACH. It is $7 per month to get access to the AI Coach. The studio app without the AI coach will be made live in July 2026.

3.2 Software & Content Integrity: You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, or attempt to extract the source code of our software. Furthermore, you may not modify or redistribute our educational materials or books.

3.3 Accessibility: Our Services are designed for web-based access, with optimized features for mobile usage. We do not warrant that all Services will be compatible with all devices or browsers, or that they will be free from interruptions.

4. Intellectual Property All software code, algorithms, frameworks, books, courses, videos, branding, and content within our Services are the intellectual property of Polymath Producer and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited license for personal use only and may not copy, reproduce, resell, or sublicense any part of our software, books, or educational materials.

5. Legal Disclaimer Not Legal Advice; For Educational Purposes Only. The example contracts, templates, and advice provided within our books, programs, and software are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice. Consult with a qualified entertainment lawyer before signing any legal document. By using these materials, you acknowledge that I am not responsible for any legal or financial consequences arising from their use.

6. Access & Duration

6.1 License: Upon purchase, you are granted a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license.

6.2 Access: We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of our software or educational products at any time. “Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the product, not your lifetime. We will make reasonable efforts to provide continued access or data portability where possible.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Payments: All payments are processed through third-party providers. You confirm that payment details are accurate and you are authorized to use the method.

7.2 Payment Plans: If on a plan, you agree to complete all payments; access may be suspended for failures. You remain responsible for the full amount regardless of usage.

7.3 Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to immediately revoke access, deny future purchases, and recover outstanding balances. Contact [email protected] for issues.

8. Refund Policy Due to the digital and intellectual nature of our software, books, and educational programs, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Educational Purpose & Results Disclaimer All content and software tools are for educational purposes. We make no guarantees regarding income or career outcomes. Results depend on individual effort and market conditions. You acknowledge that most users do not achieve significant results.

10. Assumption of Risk Building a career involves risk; you may lose time or money. You accept full responsibility for your actions and outcomes while using our Services.

11. User Conduct You agree not to violate laws, share or resell content/access, upload malicious software, harass others, or attempt unauthorized access to our platforms or servers. We may terminate access for any violations.

12. Community & User Content If you submit content (comments, testimonials) to our Services, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it. You confirm you own the rights to this content.

13. AI & Content Protection You may NOT use any Polymath Producer content, books, or proprietary software systems for AI training, voice cloning, or synthetic media replication. Violation may result in immediate termination and legal action.

14. Third-Party Services We are not responsible for third-party platforms, payment processors, or external tools integrated into our Services. Use them at your own risk.

15. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of income, business losses, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

16. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Polymath Producer from any claims arising from your use of our Services, business activities, or violation of these Terms.

17. Termination We may terminate access if you violate these Terms, share content, or engage in fraudulent behavior. No refunds will be provided in these instances.

18. Force Majeure We are not liable for delays caused by internet outages, server failures, natural disasters, or government actions.
